Quilting for Pulse

Thanks to all you guild members who came together and answered the call for Quilts for Pulse. From making squares, to piecing tops, quilting, binding and labeling, it's been heartening to see what our quilting community is capable of, both locally and nationwide.  In collaboration with the Boston Modern Quilt Guild we sent off 9 completed quilts this week to be distributed to people affected by the tragedy in Orlando. We'd like to thank members of both guilds for their generous donations of time, talent and materials. You guys rock. And a a huge thanks to Gwen Marceline, who organized our effort and picked up any slack she saw!

In addition, we thank the following businesses and organizations for going above and beyond for us:

Jane Barnett of Quilter's Way

Here are pictures of some of the quilts we made with the BMQG:

Kim did this whole quilt herself - start to finish
