We meet at Gather Here, 1343 Cambridge Street, Cambridge, MA on the last Sunday of every month from 3-5 pm.
Membership is full for 2018, but email us at cambridgemodernquiltguild@gmail.com to get on our waitlist or to inquire about starting another local guild! Somerville MQG perhaps? We'd love to support a sister guild!
Unfortunately due to capacity and space issues, we can no longer allow guests to attend our meetings.
Street parking in Cambridge is free on Sundays.
Social Sew-ins

Social Sew-ins
Please join us on Saturday Jan 5th 9am - 4:45pm at the Lexington Community Center in room 327 for another Social Sew in! The community center is located at 39 Marrett Road in Lexington and this event is open to members and non-members! Bring your machine, supplies needed, projects, and come sew with us. Knitting, crochet, cross stitching, embroidery, etc also welcome. You will also need to bring power strips and extension cords as these are not supplied. Please email us at cambridgemodernquiltguild@gmail.com if you plan on joining us and let us know if you plan on bringing and sewing supplies to share (iron, ironing board, cutting mats, etc.)
For anyone interested in working on a charity project during this sew in, we will be sewing quilts for Quilts for Kids, The finished quilts are approximately 38"-40" x 45"-46". Some pre-cut quilt kit tops will be available or you are welcome to bring your own child related fabric and create your own design. If possible please bring some LOW LOFT (1/8" to 1/4") cotton, poly or combination to help complete these quilts.
